I have been in the permanent cosmetics field since 1989 and am a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) and a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals(SPCP) and American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM). Around Oct. 2000, I stumbled upon a method to COMPLETELY anesthetize the skin in 8 minutes. This process, when properly executed, should eliminate the most feared aspect of permanent cosmetics, PAIN!
